UK FAM Trip 2026

The Brief

To design and deliver a luxury Familiarization (FAM) Trip that showcased the UK's potential for incentive travel, executive retreats and luxury events. The programme needed to highlight iconic venues, premium hospitality and memorable experiences while giving participants first-hand insight into exclusive event possibilities.

The Challenge

Rather than simply arranging hotel inspections, the objective was to create a journey where every moment demonstrated how the UK can become an exceptional destination for luxury groups.

all within a compact three-day itinerary.

The Solution

Liberty curated a bespoke three-day luxury programme centred around London's heritage and Windsor's royal legacy.

The experience began with private airport transfers and accommodation at The Langham London, introducing guests to one of Britain's most iconic luxury hotels.

The following day combined site inspections with cultural exploration, including:

• Windsor Guildhall
• Windsor Castle
• St George's Chapel
• Eton College
• Fairmont Windsor Park

allowing participants to experience venues suitable for incentives, conferences, gala dinners and exclusive events.

To complement the inspections, Liberty incorporated unique culinary experiences, including dinner at Artesian Bar and a surprise themed evening, demonstrating how entertainment and gastronomy can elevate corporate events.

The programme concluded with an elegant Chelsea Flower Show-inspired afternoon tea at The Langham, reinforcing the destination's blend of British tradition and contemporary luxury.
